Abstract : The chaotic behavior of cancer cells forces scientists to develop mathematical models or systems of differential equation to interpret such a behavior and human body immune response. In this paper, we investigate dynamics and factors concerning cancer cells growth introduced by Banasiak, Laohowicz and Moszynski in 2002 where numerical simulations illustrate the growth of cells chaotically side by side with biological simulations. Furthermore, according to those numerical simulations, we investigated the relationship between cancerous cells growth and the patient’s immune to Covid-19. In addition, we tried to use connected topological spaces to model the danger of Covid-19 on cancer’s patients.

Abstract : Human cytomegalovirus infection has been implicated to be associated with colorectal cancer (CRC) progression and possibly in tumorigenesis. The up-regulation of Interleukin-1 IL-1 agonists (IL-1α and IL-1β) has been associated and / or implicated in recent years in promotion of tumor progression, invasiveness and metastasis of many tumors. The present study aimed to evaluate the co-expression of IL-1 beta along with HCMV infection in a group of colorectal carcinoma tissues. Eighty-one formalin-fixed, paraffin- embedded colorectal biopsies were enrolled in this study; 42 from colorectal cancers, 22 from benign tumors and 17 colorectal tissues with unremarkable pathological changes (healthy control group). Chromogenic in Situ Hybridization (CISH) was done for detecting HCMV- DNA whereas immunohistochemistry (IHC) was used to assess the expressional protein of IL-1 beta gene. The CISH reactions of HCMV-DNA were detected in 57.1 % (24 out of 42) of colorectal cancer biopsies and in 31.8 % (7 out of 22) of benign colorectal tumors biopsies. 11.7%(2\11cases) positive– CISH reactions were detected in the control tissues. The positive IL-1 beta -IHC reactions were detected in 52.4% (18 out of 42) of CRC and in 45% (13 out of 22) of benign colorectal tumors biopsies. 5.8% (1\17cases) positive IHC- signals were reported in the colorectal control tissues. Statistically, highly significant differences were present between each colorectal tumors groups and the control group for HCMV & IL-1 beta. Detection of co-expression of IL-1 beta with HCMV in colorectal carcinoma could point both for their possible roles in either colorectal pathogenesis or carcinogenesis.

Abstract : Formation of manual functional asymmetry in human is considered in connection with adaptation to Earth's gravity in the process of development and functioning in typical conditions of bipedal locomotion. To identify the forms of manual asymmetry a comprehensive test based on "Archimedean spiral" modeling derived from the gravitational vertical of movements "right to left", "left to right", "top-down" and "bottom-up" directions, and modified proofreading test were developed. Targets for both tests are performed consequently with right and left hand. Basic and transitional forms of manual asymmetry were identified - from sinestrality to dextrality and the probable direction of their transformation was shown. General orientation of these transformations – dextrality is determined by adaptation to living space, oriented to right-handedness.

Abstract : The iron deficiency often manifests as a sharp decrease in hemoglobin and hematocrit concentrations during the third trimester. It means the amount of oxygen-limited. The competition will arise between mother and fetus. This study was to examine Hemoglobin (Hb) and hematocrit (Hct) levels in partu related to Hb and Hct levels in Placenta, Umbilical Cord, the weight of the Placenta. The study design used was cross-sectional, by measuring hemoglobin and hematocrit levels in partu, Placenta, and umbilical cord. The sample was 100 subjets. Results: The difference of Hb levels between Placenta and Umbilical Cord with Hb in Partu (mild anemia) was 1.6 g /dL (11.3%), 3.9 g /dL (39.8%). ANOVA test continued with LSD test between Hb levels in partu (mild anemia) with Placenta, and Umbilical Cord was significantly different (p =0.004 and p=0.000, CI=95%). The Hct Umbilical cord was 6.3 (14.2%) higher than Hct in partu. There was significant difference (p = 0.000, CI=95%). The difference of placenta weight between anemia (mean Hb = 9.8 g/dL, Hct=35.2%)) and normal (Hb =12.4 g/dL, Hct=39.2%) was 18.4 g (3.9%), 11.75 g (2.17%). This finding showed mild anemia in partu, but it was not anemia in Placenta and Umbilical Cord. In Mild Anemia of maternal, the fetus had been still prioritized to get more supply food and oxygen as showed Hb, Hct, Placenta weight were higher than in partu. However, this finding a prediction that severe anemia in partu will occur in the Placenta and the Umbilical Cord.

Abstract : Typhoons are tropical revolving storms. They are called `Cyclones' in English, when they occur in the Indian Ocean area. The coastal regions of Bangladesh are subject to damaging cyclones almost every year. They generally occur in early summer (April-May) or late rainy season (October-November). Cyclones originate from low atmospheric pressures over the Bay of Bengal. Due to unique geographic location, Bangladesh suffers a lot from devastating tropical cyclones frequently. The funnel-shaped northern portion of the Bay of Bengal amplifies the storm surge of landfilling tropical cyclones, affecting thousands of people. Some of the most devastating natural disasters in recorded history with high casualties were tropical cyclones that hit the region now comprising present-day Bangladesh. Among them, the 1970 Bhola cyclone alone claimed approximately 300,000 to 500,000 lives, making it the deadliest tropical cyclone on record. Tropical cyclones affecting Bangladesh have killed about 1.54 million people in Bengal (including India ruled Bengal). This study tried to explain the historical and environmental overview of each and every cyclone took place in the greater Bengal territory from 1582 to till date.
