A Case Report: Facial Disfigurement Secondary To Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma
Abstract
: Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibromas (JNA) are a benign and locally-aggressive vascular tumour. It commonly presents with recurrent unilateral epistaxis and nasal obstruction in peripubescent men. This is a case report of a 14-year-old patient with extensive JNA disease with base of skull involvement causing facial disfigurement, who had undergone successful removal of tumour following embolization and combined surgical endoscopy with open approach
