Abstract
: The aim of the current research is to identify the relationship between identification with all of humanity and self-efficacy among a number of volunteer doctors in the ranks of soldiers fighting against the terrorist organization ISIS. They numbered (150) male volunteers working in government hospitals in the southern cities of Iraq. Two measures were used, one of which is to measure identification with all humanity, it consists of (11) items, and the other scale measures the effectiveness of the self and included (10) items prepared by Schwarzer 1993, and an alpha stability factor was calculated for the scale of identification with all humanity, and reached (0.85) and for the effectiveness scale Self reached (0.79). The results showed that Iraqi doctors from the southern provinces have a high level of identification with all of humanity, they have high effectiveness, and I concluded that there is a correlation between identification with all of humanity and the effectiveness of self among volunteer doctors
