Title : Lipofibroma on second finger of Left Hand on 64 years old female - a Case Report

Abstract : Lipofibroma of the hand is a rare case. These benign tumor consist of adipose soft tissue and fibromatous tissue. Some synonims of this tumor are intraneural lipofibroma, proliferation of fibrolipoma and lipofibroma hamartoma. This tumor often affects the age of the third decade with a mean age of 22.3 years in certain cases and 22.0 years in macrodactyle cases. In this case report, the author tries to discuss the case obtained about 64 years old female with lipofribroma of the phalang distal and medial of second fingers. Both diagnostic and management that have been carried out and evaluation of the results achieved
