Abstract : Nutrition is one of the critical factors that can determine humans' level of health and cognitive function. In the current condition, people as consumers tend to choose food products that are natural (healthy), have less process and have fewer product additives. The leading choice, in this case, is a highly nutritious food and drink. Something that can motivate this is the quality of life and the knowledge of the related community and healthy drinks. This study aimed to describe the level of public understanding of healthy drinks in the city of Samarinda. The method in this study is a descriptive survey method with a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to the public through webinar activities (online). The results and conclusions of this study are known that as many as 50% of the people have good knowledge about healthy drinks. Still, indeed several factors affect this community's ability, such as time, lifestyle, and so on.
