Title
:
Samarinda Community Acceptance Level with Existence Samarinda Food
Abstract
: The world of business or industry is currently focusing on consumers, namely on service quality is a factor that can affect consumer and producer satisfaction. This is something that cannot be avoided. In this case, if you only focus on promotional strategies, of course, it will not make consumers loyal to the business you are running. One solution to this problem is an application that offers an online food delivery service. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of acceptance of the people of Samarinda to the existence of an online food delivery service (Samarinda Food). This research method used a descriptive survey method related to the level of acceptance of the Samarinda community towards the existence of Samarinda food with a measuring instrument in the form of interviews with the community and obtained a total sampling of 254 respondents consisting of several food stalls and traders in Samarinda. Based on the results of this study, it is known that as many as 201 respondents chose to cooperate with an online food delivery service (Samarinda Food), and as many as 53 respondents did not want to cooperate. This is because it makes it easier for consumers to buy food without going directly to the location. This can make it easier for them to continue their activities without leaving them to buy their food.
