Abstract : Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is relatively common and affects patients' everyday functioning. In persons with COPD, a deterioration in cognitive ability has been linked to disease activity, aggravation frequency, the existence of illnesses, and low levels of physical activity. Physical training is commonly considered the foundation of therapeutic interventions in Patients with COPD. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility and usability of implementing various modalities of physical activity in a COPD rehabilitation program. This review was led by an analysis of the secondary data approach. Primary research and epidemiological studies using exercise-based therapies and cognitive performance evaluations released between January 2018 and January 2022 were considered. This study found that physical exercise regimens had a substantial favorable influence on patient outcomes. However, Individual characteristics and their impact on exercise regimen efficacy and utilization will be included in future evaluations of within-subject comparative measures.
