Abstract : Becker nevus (BN), an acquired disorder frequently occuring during adolescence in boys, is characterized by unilateral patchy hyperpigmentation with hypertrichosis. It has sharply defined, irregular borders and is arranged in a checkerboard or geographical pattern. There is a significant (6:1) male predominance and its lesions are commonly localized to the upper extremities and trunk. BN of the face is extremely rare with only twenty cases being reported till now.
